CPT News Release: New insights into bus patronage trends
A new report by KPMG - 'Trends in English bus patronage' - provides a comprehensive analysis of the factors that are driving demand for bus travel in England. CPT, which commissioned the report, believes it will be remembered as one of the most significant additions to industry knowledge this decade.
A word from the President
Loyal readers of this column (there must be one or two) will be aware of my regular use of football analogies to make sense of the comings and goings in our great industry. I was struck by another one on the way home recently hearing the news of the FA Council of 135 effectively vetoing the sale of Wembley Stadium.

Leeds: Clean Air Zone update
Following on from the recent consultation on the proposed Leeds Clean Air Zone (CAZ), which closed on 12 August and received over 3,500 responses, a report will be considered by the City Council's Executive Board next Wednesday, 17 October.
Brexit: driving licences
The Government has confirmed the position on driving licences for those travelling to Europe after 29 March.
