CPT News Release: Bus passenger satisfaction levels remain at high levels despite increasing road congestion
The Confederation of Passenger Transport UK (CPT) has today welcomed results of the latest Transport Focus “Bus Passenger Survey” which shows that satisfaction rates have risen to 87% - one per cent higher than scores recorded in the previous year.
