I was thinking about what to put in my diary this week and apart from being very hassled with the start of our new school contracts, unbelievable amounts of coach work plus very stressed with moving my daughter from Epsom to Barnett, which was no mean feat, I haven’t done a great deal of interest.

New research for Greener Journeys by KPMG LLP shows every £1 spent on free bus travel for older and disabled people generates over £2.87 of benefits for society and the wider economy.
Bus Passenger Satisfaction Survey 2014
Passenger Focus is finalising plans for conducting the 2014 Bus Passenger Satisfaction Survey. This year the survey is expected to capture nearly 45,000 passenger views across England and Scotland.

EU Categorisation of Infringements text agreed
The EU categorisation of infringements against the various rules for professional transport has been finalised and comes into force on 1 January 2016.
A Little Bit of Politics
The General Election will take place on 7 May 2015. In the lead up to polling day, CPT's in-house political pundit will follow the fortunes of the main parties.
Our in-house political pundit is also closely following the campaign leading up to the referendum for Scottish independence which takes place on 18 September 2014.
