As part of the ongoing dialogue aimed at improving the experience for coach operators and their customers, the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK (CPT) arranged a high level meeting with TfL in conjunction with the London Tour Coach Operators Association (LTCOA) on 20 May to discuss a wide range of issues which continue to be a major cause of concern to operators in London.

CPT Coach Operators take centre stage at National Coach Tourism Awards
The winners of this year’s NCTAs, hosted by Coach Monthly Magazine, were announced last Thursday (14/05) evening at a ceremony held at the West Midlands Safari Park. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the awards brought together over 400 industry professionals to recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation across the sector.
